LICC is committed to maintaining and developing a physical campus that supports effective teaching, learning, and institutional operations. Campus development at the College includes the improvement of existing facilities, essential maintenance, and carefully planned new projects that respond to academic needs, enrollment patterns, and available resources. All construction, renovation, and upgrade efforts are undertaken in alignment with the College’s mission and planning processes, and proceed in accordance with institutional capacity, funding, and appropriate approvals.
